‘Damascus Road’

As part of the 2011 St Georges Arts artist residency, Mary explored the contemporary understanding of the term ‘Road to Damascus’ as a vivid point or event that provokes a sudden change in our lives.

Recording conversations with the public, she builds an audio journey of fragmented personal stories to accompany a light piece that transformed the beautiful listed Tudor church into an intimate space of discovery.
